1. Digital Delivery of SaaS Platform

ThaliPay is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. All access to our software, platform features, and digital services are delivered electronically via the internet.

2. Account Activation

Upon successful registration and payment of subscription fees (if applicable), your account and access credentials will be provisioned immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your dashboard.

3. No Physical Product Shipping

ThaliPay is a software company and does not sell, lease, or ship physical POS terminals, computers, thermal printers, or roll papers. All setup is done using your own hardware (tablets, mobile phones, or thermal printers connected to your network). No shipping charges or dispatch delays apply to our service.

4. Food Delivery (For End-Consumers)

ThaliPay provides the technology for restaurants to accept online orders. However, the actual delivery of food items is handled entirely by the respective restaurant or their chosen third-party logistics partner. ThaliPay is not responsible for the physical delivery, quality, or condition of food items ordered through our platform.
